Around 70 vendors participated in cooking the dish to mark the conclusion of the three-day Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival on Sunday evening. The grilling spectacle, highlighting 3,000 skewers of different chicken cuts, is deemed as the longest of its kind in the Philippines, as stated by Councilor Celia Flor, who also serves as the festival co-chairperson.
